A/IDDSI 國際吞咽障礙飲食標準裝置

該裝置透過叉子模擬手切固態食品和勺子舀半固體、液體食品,測試每種飲食類別的力值與食品硬度、濃稠、黏著等指標;結合手動和儀器分析建立自動判定合格與否以及飲食分級。
亦可評估容易咀嚼、牙齦咀嚼、舌頭壓碎、無須咀嚼等分級規格。

The device simulates cutting solid food by hand with a fork and scooping semi-solid and liquid food with a spoon, testing the force value and food hardness, consistency, stickiness and other indicators of each food category; it combines manual and instrumental analysis to establish automatic determination of eligibility and food classification.
Grading specifications such as easy chewing, gum chewing, tongue crushing, and no chewing required can also be evaluated.
