AACCI 美國穀物化學協會指定的探頭，應用於模擬刀片切割， 為AACCI 66-50 標準，主要測定彈性（Springiness）、柔軟性（Softness）、咀嚼性（Chewiness） 以及黏著性（Adhesiveness）；適用於測試義大利麵。

This fixture is identical to the A/LKB (see page 8) except for a 1.0mm flat which is machined along the knife edge. A flat perspex insert to fit the HDP/90 is also provided. This system complies with AACC Method 66-50.01.
