A/LKB-F 輕刃切刀
AACCI 美國穀物化學協會指定的探頭,應用於模擬刀片切割, 為AACCI 66-50 標準,主要測定彈性(Springiness)、柔軟性(Softness)、咀嚼性(Chewiness) 以及黏著性(Adhesiveness);適用於測試義大利麵。

This fixture is identical to the A/LKB (see page 8) except for a 1.0mm flat which is machined along the knife edge. A flat perspex insert to fit the HDP/90 is also provided. This system complies with AACC Method 66-50.01.
