H/STM 橫向軟摩擦裝置

由浙江工商大學食品口腔加工實驗室開發,參考流變的球形摩擦並採用 PDMS 軟質材料搭配內部小剛球製作摩擦接觸球模擬口腔粘膜,可加裝水域控溫模擬口腔環境,測試流體樣品在口腔中的潤滑能力(Smoothness)與軟摩擦力 (Friction)。

Developed by the Food Oral Processing Laboratory at Zhejiang Gongshang University, this system is based on the ball-on-three-plates tribology principle and incorporates a PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) soft material with an embedded rigid sphere to create a friction contact ball that simulates the mechanical properties of the oral mucosa. An optional temperature-controlled water bath can be integrated to mimic the oral environment, enabling the evaluation of the lubricating performance (smoothness) and soft frictional force (friction) of fluid samples during oral processing.
