HDP/RE 大米口感測定裝置
根據ISO11747標準方法,透過方型柱塞對容器內的米飯進行擠壓測試,測得米飯的平均硬度(Average Hardness)及抗擠壓特性(Resistance to Extrusion),此為一種簡單、快速、準確的測定裝置。

The RICE EXTRUSION RIG (HDP/RE) allows the determination of rice kernel resistance to extrusion after cooking according to ISO 11747.
Resistance to extrusion is measured as the ease of pushing cooked rice through this perforated plate using compression and shear.
