符合日本厚生勞動省以及Eatender銀髮友善食品分級標準。測試適用於軟凝膠一類的具備黏聚性加工處理過的固體、半固體樣品，可測試其硬度（Hardness)、黏性(Adhesion)、凝聚性(Agglomeration)。

It meets the grading standards of Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and Eatender for the dysphagia. The device is made of white resin T type probe (H Ø 20 mm, 25 mm) and stainless steel sample container (Ø 40 mm, 15 mm H, 1 mm thick).
